1. General Terms
- ✔ Fly0.co acts as a travel intermediary, facilitating flight, hotel, and holiday bookings from third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
- ✔ Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms.
- ✔ You must be at least 18 years old to book on Fly0.co.
- ✔ You agree to provide accurate personal details for booking confirmation.
2. Booking & Payments
- ✔ All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline, hotel, or service provider. Therefore, it may take 24 Hours to 48 Hours to deliver.
- ✔ Prices displayed on Fly0.co may change based on currency fluctuations, availability, or provider updates.
- ✔ Full payment is required at the time of booking unless opting for Buy Now, Pay Later installment plans.
- ✔ If payment is not received within the due date for EMI plans, Fly0.co reserves the right to cancel your booking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- ✔ Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, or service provider. Before booking, check the cancellation terms.
- ✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy outlined on our website.
- ✔ Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
- ✔ If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7-20 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Flight Bookings
- ✔ Fly0.co does not control airline policies regarding flight schedules, delays, or cancellations.
- ✔ Baggage allowance, meal preferences, and seating requests are subject to airline policies and may not always be guaranteed.
- ✔ You are responsible for ensuring visa and entry requirements before booking international flights.
5. Hotel & Holiday Packages
- ✔ Hotel bookings are subject to availability and local hotel policies.
- ✔ Some hotel bookings require a security deposit upon check-in, which must be paid directly to the hotel.
- ✔ Holiday package inclusions are detailed at the time of booking. Fly0.co is not liable for any service alterations by the provider.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Policy
- ✔ EMI payments must be completed as per the agreed installment plan.
- ✔ Any failure to make timely EMI payments may result in penalties or restrictions on future BNPL bookings.
- ✔ If a booking under BNPL is canceled, refund eligibility will be as per the Buy Now, Pay Later Policy.
7. Travel Documents & Visas
- ✔ Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel permits before departure.
- ✔ Fly0.co does not guarantee visa approvals or process visa applications unless stated otherwise.
- ✔ Refunds will not be issued if a traveler is denied entry due to missing travel documents.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
- ✔ Fly0.co acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for service failures by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
- ✔ We are not liable for disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).
- ✔ Users agree to travel at their own risk, and Fly0.co is not responsible for any injuries, delays, or losses during the trip.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- ✔ Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy and is only shared with necessary service providers for booking purposes.
- ✔ We do not store payment card details. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- ✔ Fly0.co reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
- ✔ Continued use of our platform after updates means you accept the modified terms.
